Every statistic is sourced to a named primary, and occasionally one still gets through wrong. Point at it and it gets fixed, with the change noted on the piece.

You are seeing something different
If a pattern here does not match what is happening in your own organisation, that is worth knowing. Reader evidence has changed several pieces already. Nothing gets attributed without permission, and nothing identifying ever runs.
